Medan,-Sebanyak 75 warga Kota Medan menerima Sertipikat Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2023 di Aula Raja Inal Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara, Jalan Pangeran Diponegoro Medan, Senin (4/12). Selain itu masyarakat Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Kota Binjai juga menerima sertipikat PTSL tersebut.
Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution menyaksikan secara langsung penyerahan sertipikat kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Pj Gubernur Hassanudin. Tujuannya, masyarakat dapat memiliki bukti sah kepemilikan tanah serta menghindari terjadinya konflik atau sengketa tanah.
Sontak, rona kebahagiaan pun dirasakan masyarakat atas diterimanya sertipikat yang dikeluarkan melalui Badan Pertanahan di wilayah masing-masing. Apalagi, sertipikat tersebut dapat digunakan masyarakat sebagai jaminan di bank untuk mendapatkan modal usaha.
Dalam sambutan singkatnya, Pj Gubernur Sumut mengatakan, Pemprov Sumut dan Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) serta stakeholder terkait berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan persoalan reformasi agraria di Sumut. “Sudah saatnya, masyarakat merasakan pelayanan terbaik dari kita semua,” kata Hassanudin.
Usai itu, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan mengikuti Launching Sertipikat Elektronik oleh Presiden RI Joko Widodo dari Istana Negara, Jakarta secara daring. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar proses pendataan tanah menjadi lebih efektif, efisien serta melindungi sertipikat dari resiko terjadinya bencana.
