Indrapura,-Satuan Unit Reskrim Polsek Indrapura Polres Batu Bara dipimpin Kanit Reskrim Polsek Indrapura IPTU Jimmy Sitorus SH bersama tim Opsnal berhasil meringkus seorang pria diduga pengedar Narkotika jenis daun ganja kering siap edar Jumat 1 September 2023 sekitar pukul 15.00 wib sore dari tempat persembunyian dusun VII desa Sukaramai Kecamatan Airputih Kabupaten Batu Bara.
Dari tangan pria yang diketahui bernisial LS (46) unit Reskrim Polsek Indrapura Polres Batu Bara itu berhasil menyita 46 bungkus kecil daun ganja kering yang didapat dari dalam lipatan horden pintu kamar rumah. Selain itu unit Reskrim juga menyita uang tunai Ro 20.000,- hasil penjualan daun ganja kering milik LS. Pelaku bersama barang bukti diamankan di Mapolsek Indrapura guna pengembangan lebih lanjut.
Kapolsek Indrapura Ajun Komisaris Polisi (AKP) Jonni H.Damanuk SH MH kepada media mengatakan Sabtu 2 Agustus 2023, kronologis penangkapan LS terduga tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika itu diringkus unit Reskrim dipimpin oleh Iptu Jimmy dan anggota dari rumahnya di dusun VII Desa Sukaramai Kecmatan Airputih Kabupaten Batu Bara pada Jumat sore 2 September 2023.
Jumat 01 September 2023 sekira Pukul 14.30 Wib personil Opsnal Polsek Indrapura dipimpin oleh Kanit Reskrim Iptu Jimmy R Sitorus SH mendapat informasi dari masyarakat yang bisa dipercaya bahwa ada 1 (satu) orang laki laki yang berada di dalam sebuah rumah tepatnya di dusun VII desa Suka Rame Kec. Air Putih Kab. Batu Bara sedang menjual Narkotika Jenis Daun Ganja Kering yang telah siap edar.
Kemudian unit Opsnal bersama Kanit Reskrim Polsek Indrapura langsung menuju ke tempat sasaran tersebut dan dilakukan penangkapan terhadap 1 (satu) orang laki laki an. Lindung Sijabat yang sedang berada di dalam sebuah rumah sambil menunggu pembeli, lalu Tim Opsnal melakukan penggeledahan badan dan rumah terhadap 1 orang laki laki yang diduga sebagai pelaku penjualan daun Ganja kering dan ditemukan sebanyak 46 (empat puluh enam) bungkus kecil daun ganja di dalam lipatan horden pintu kamar rumah tersangka. Kemudian pelaku dibawa ke kantor Polsek indrapura guna proses lebih lanjut.
Disisi lain, Kapolsek Indrapura Polres Batu Bara Ajun Komisaris Polisi Jonni H.Damanik SH MH secara tegas mengatakan akan terus menerus melakukan pengawasan melekat terhadap pelaku tindak pidana baik itu pelaku pengedar maupun pemakai begitu juga pelaku tindak perjudian atau tindak kriminal yang meresahkan masyarakat akan kita tindak tegas, kita sudah tebar personil di segala pelosok yang berada di wilayah hukum Polsek Indrapura.
