Batubara,-Seorang pemuda pengangguran inisial Py (20) ditangkap polisi dari kediamannya di Dusun VI Pematang Segenap Desa Gambus Laut, Kecamatan Lima Puluh Pesisir, Kabupaten Batu Bara Senin (19/1/24) karena diduga telah mencuri satu unit sepeda motor saat digelar pertunjukan kuda lumping di kampungnya itu.
Dikatakan , Py ditangkap personel Unit Reskrim Polsek Lima Puluh karena mencuri sepeda motor Honda Supra 125 R, B 3577 TSS, milik Umar Ali (29), warga Dusun II Bintang Desa Bulan Bulan, Kecamatan Lima Puluh Pesisir.
Pencurian itu terjadi saat Umar Ali asyik menonton pertunjukan kuda lumping di Dusun VI, Pematang Segenap Desa Gambus Laut, Sabtu (23/12/2023) lalu sekira pukul 22.00 WIB.
Umar Ali baru mengetahui sepeda motornya telah hilang ketika tiba di tempat parkir tidak jauh dari lokasi pertunjukan kuda lumping.
Setelah berusaha mencari di sekeliling lokasi pertunjukan dan tidak menemukan sepeda motor nya , keesokan harinya Umar Ali didampingi temannya membuat pengaduan ke Polsek Lima Puluh.
Polisi kemudian melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengidentifikasi terduga pelaku. Namun, butuh waktu sebulan untuk mengetahui keberadaannya.Senin (29/1/24) sekira pukul 02.00 WIB, Unit Reskrim Polsek Lima Puluh akhirnya mendapat informasi, bahwa Py telah kembali ke rumahnya.
Kanit Reskrim Ipda M Siregar bersama anggota langsung meluncur ke kediaman Py. Sampai di sana, tanpa Py pun berhasil ditangkap tanpa perlawanan.Namun sepeda motor milik Umar Ali telah dijual oleh Py. Polisi hanya menemukan 2 lingkar aloy dan 2 shock breaker sepeda motor milik Umar.
“Tersangka Py diboyong ke Polsek Lima Puluh guna proses hukum selanjutnya dan mengungkap penadah sepeda motor yang dicurinya,” tutur Kasi Humas Polres Batu Bara AKP AH.Sagala.
