Medan,-Tak dapat dipungkiri, momentum Tahun Baru 2024 telah membuat harga-harga bahan pokok melambung tinggi. Secara otomatis daya beli masyarakat pasti akan menurun. Keadaan ini diduga akan berlangusng cukup panjang, mengingat di bulan Maret nanti sudah mulai masuk ke Bulan Suci Ramadhan.
Dalam rangka meringankan warga yang sedang kesulitan mendapatan harga bahan pokok terjangkau, Tim Relawan Arus Ganjar menggelar Pasar Murah Keliling. Kegiatan dilaksanakaan pada Kamis (4/01/2024) dan dipusatkan di 4 titik lokasi di Kota Binjai.
Keempat titik lokasi Pasar Murah tersebut diantaranya: (1) Lingkungan Pondok Merah, Keluraha Cengkeh Turi, Kecamatan Binjai Utara. (2) Lingkungan II Jati Utomo, Jalan Yos Sudarso, Binjai Utara. (3) Lingkungan III Jati UtomoJl Yos Sudarso, Binai Utara. Dan (4) Jalan Gunung Karang, Lingkungan 13 Gang Protokol Binjai Estate, Binjai Selatan.
Menurut Sekjend Relawan Arus Ganjar Kota Binjai, Ernawati yang memimpin kegiatan, Pasar Murah Keliling ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian Ganjar-Mahfud agar masyarakat dapat terbantu dengan harga bahan pokok yang jauh lebih murah dan terjangkau.
“Pak Ganjar itu orangnya sangat peduli terhadap persoalan rakyat, oleh karena itu harus ada upaya yang cepat dan tanggap dalam mengatasi pesoalan sembako yang semakin mahal ini. Sehingga kegiatan Pasar Murah ini menjadi salah satu alternative program ekonomi rakyat’, ungkap Sekjend Relawan Arus GanjarKota Binjai Ernawati.
Dari 1000 paket yang telah disediakan oleh Tim Relawan, dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama, semuanya habis terjual. Bahkan masih ada beberapa masyarakat yang hendak membeli, namun persediaan sudah habis.
“Alhamdulillah, saya lihat tadi warga tadi sangat antusias, dari sekitar 1000 paket yang kami sediakan semuanya habis terbeli oleh warga. Kita tadi mulai buka jam 11.00 dan tutup pada jam 17.00”, Lanjut Ernawati.
Selain Pengurus Relawan Arus ganjar Kota Binjai, kegiatan ini juga mendapat pengawalan langsung dari Ketua Pembina Arus Ganjar Sumut Dr Hj Fitriani Manurung, M.Pd.
“Karna ini program kami yang pertama di Kota Rambutan, saya perlu untuk turun langsung, mendampingi dan memantau pelaksanaan Pasar Murah Keliling ini yang dilaksanakan oleh Arus Ganjar Kota Binjai”, ungkap Dr Hj Fitriani.
