Siantar,-Polsek Siantar Selatan amankan dua pelaku penganiayaan secara bersama sama atau pengeroyokan, Jumat, (17/05/2024) siang sekira pukul 14.00 WIB.
Kapolsek Siantar Selatan Iptu Maxsi Manurung SH mengatakan kedua pelaku yang diringkus tersebut berinisial JWS (18) warga Jl. Rebung Kelurahan Tomuan Kecamatan Siantar Timur Kota Pematangsiantar dan TWS (20) warga Jl.Mangga Gg. Cempedak Kelurahan Parhorasan Nauli Kecamatan Siantar Marihat Kota Pematangsiantar.
Disebutkannya, pengeroyokan tersebut dilakukan terhadap korban Riyan Davinci Gurning (26) warga Bandar Pasir Kecamatan Mandoge Kabupaten Asahan di MARI Futsal Jl. Melanthon Siregar Kelurahan Karo Kecamatan Siantar Selatan Kota Pematangsiantar pada Jumat 26 April 2024 malam sekira pukul 20.30 WIB.

Kejadian tersebut bermula pada Jumat 26 April 2024 malam pukul 20.30 WIB, korban sedang bermain futsal di MARI Futsal Jl. Melanthon Siregar Kelurahan Karo Kecamatan Siantar Selatan Kota Pematangsiantar bersama temannya yang bernama Michael Nofri Sandi Marbun dan Ivo Karyando Sianipar.Sesampainya di lapangan Futsal korban masih menunggu tim lawan datang. Tak lama kemudian, tim lawannya pun datang. Lalu korban langsung bermain futsal.
Ditengah permainan ada selesih paham dari rekan tim korban yang bernama Ivo Karyanto Sianipar dengan salah satu tim lawan. Setelah permainan hampir selesai datang seseorang yang menggunakan jaket warna hitam dengan mengatakan, “ngapain kalian ribut abangan ku ini.”
Kemudian korban mendorong laki-laki itu dan mengatakan “kau gak usah ikut campur kau gak ikut main”.
Lalu korban duduk di luar lapangan dan tiba-tiba datang 3 orang yang tidak dikenal yang berpakaian jaket warna Hitam menghampiri korban, selanjutnya korban ditendang di bagian perut sebelah kiri korban kemudian mereka bersama-sama melakukan pemukulan ke arah wajah dan kepala korban.
Lalu korban duduk di luar lapangan dan tiba-tiba datang 3 orang yang tidak dikenal yang berpakaian jaket warna Hitam menghampiri korban, selanjutnya korban ditendang di bagian perut sebelah kiri korban kemudian mereka bersama-sama melakukan pemukulan ke arah wajah dan kepala korban.
Akibatnya, korban merasa kesakitan karena mengalami luka robek pada bibir bagian bawah sebelah dalam, hidung mengeluarkan darah.Merasa keberatan atas kejadian penganiayaan itu korban mendatangi Polsek Siantar Selatan untuk membuat laporan pengaduan.
Berdasarkan Laporan Polisi tersebut Kapolsek Siantar Selatan IPTU Maxi J Manurung, SH memerintahkan Kanit Reskrim Ipda Chandra Ritonga, dan anggota untuk menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut. Setelah dilakukan penyidikan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap saksi-saksi, kemudian ditemukan fakta bahwa pelaku yang diduga melakukan kekerasan tersebut salah satunya berinisial, JWS.
Kemudian Kanit Reskrim beserta anggota mendapatkan informasi bahwa pelaku berada di Medan. Sehingga pada hari Kamis 16 Mei 2024 sekira pukul 16.00 WIB, Kanit Reskrim beserta anggota berangkat ke Medan untuk mencari pelaku JWS dan menemukan sebuah kostsan berada di sekitar Unimed yang diduga sebagai tempat kost pelaku JWS.
Namun pelaku JWS tidak ditemukan karena JWS telah mengetahui bahwa dirinya dicari oleh petugas Kepolisian sehingga berusaha untuk melarikan diri Pada hari Jumat, 17 Mei 2024 pukul 04.00 Wib pelaku JWS menumpang sebuah bus yang mengarah ke Pematangsiantar.
Mengetahui itu, pada pagi harinya pukul 07.00 WIB, Kanit Reskrim dan anggota kembali ke Pematangsiantar Kemudian pada Siang harinya pukul 14.00 WIB, keluarga pelaku JWS menyerahkan pelaku JWS ke Polsek Siantar Selatan.
Kemudian JWS diinterogasi dan mengaku melakukan pengeroyokan bersama rekannya berinisial TWS.Mendengar pengakuan pelaku JWS, selanjutnya pada malam harinya pukul 21.30 WIB, Kanit Reskrim beserta anggota melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku TWS di Jl. Rebung Kelurahan Tomuan Kecamatan Siantar Selatan, Kota Pematangsiantar.
