Jakarta,-Sebanyak 48,39 persen atau 4,2 juta keluarga dari 8,6 juta keluarga berisiko stunting (KRS) di Indonesia telah mendapat pendampingan. Angka ini tercatat hingga pertengahan tahun 2024.
Demikian disampaikan Direktur Bina Keluarga Balita dan Anak Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN), Irma Ardiana, di Jakarta, Rabu (16/10/2024). Ia meminta pemerintah daerah, terkhusus tim percepatan penurunan stunting provinsi, kabupaten/kota, kecamatan, desa/kelurahan, agar meningkatkan cakupan pendampingan.
“Kita harus terus meningkatkan cakupan pendampingan dari keluarga berisiko stunting. Terutama pada provinsi yang capaiannya masih di bawah 50 persen,” katanya.
Irma menyebut, validasi dan pendataan keluarga semester I 2024, Provinsi Aceh menjadi daerah dengan cakupan pendampingan pada keluarga berisiko stunting yang tertinggi. Yakni sebesar 79,76 persen.
Selain Aceh, empat provinsi dengan cakupan pendampingan tertinggi lainnya adalah Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan 68,80 persen. Berikutnya, Sulawesi Selatan 68,14 persen, Sulawesi Tenggara 62,46 persen, dan Bengkulu 62,22 persen.
Sedangkan lima provinsi dengan cakupan pendampingan terendah antara lain Papua Tengah dengan 15,70 persen, Kepulauan Riau dengan 17,21 persen. Selanjutnya, DKI Jakarta dengan 17,44 persen, Sulawesi Utara dengan 22,55 persen, dan Kalimantan Barat 22,59 persen.
Menurut catatan BKKBN, total jumlah tenaga lini lapangan di Indonesia tercatat sebanyak 559.070 personel. Mereka terdiri atas tim pendamping keluarga (TPK), kader keluarga berencana (KB), kelompok pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK), bidan, dokter, dan lainnya.
Dengan adanya modalitas infrastruktur TPK dari sisi komposisi dan jumlah personel, menurutnya, ini menjadi modalitas yang besar. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan keluarga di lapangan.
Pemerintah sudah menetapkan empat kelompok sasaran pendampingan. Antara lain calon pengantin atau calon pasangan usia subur, ibu hamil, ibu pasca-persalinan, dan balita usia 0-59 bulan.
Kelompok-kelompok inilah yang menjadi fokus pendampingan dari TPK. “Apa saja bentuk pendampingannya, apakah bisa dalam bentuk edukasi,” ujarnya.
“Kemudian, dalam bentuk fasilitasi rujukan, kalau memang KRS-nya ini memenuhi indikasi dirujuk. Selain itu, juga fasilitasi untuk bantuan sosial, kalau betul bahwa KRS-nya memenuhi kriteria untuk mendapatkan program-program bantuan sosial,” kata Irma.
Sebagaimana yang diamanahkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 72 Tahun 2021, pendampingan keluarga berisiko stunting telah masuk dalam Rencana Aksi Nasional (RAN). Selain itu, ada pendampingan calon pengantin atau calon pasangan usia subur yang masuk dalam RAN percepatan penurunan stunting.
Pemerintah telah menetapkan enam tujuan yang menjadi target dalam percepatan penurunan stunting. Aalah satunya menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Indonesia.
Selain itu, pemerintah juga berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas penyiapan kehidupan berkeluarga, menjamin pemenuhan asupan gizi. Selanjutnya, memperbaiki pola asuh, meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, serta meningkatkan akses air minum dan sanitas.
