Belawan-Satuan Narkoba Polres Pelabuhan Belawan berhasil menangkap seorang tersangka pengedar narkoba jenis shabu, Teguh alias Begok (39), pada Jalan Kawat, Kelurahan Tanjung Mulia, Jumat (3/5/24). Kapolres Pelabuhan Belawan, AKBP Janton Silaban, SH., SIK., MKP., melalui Kasat Narkoba, AKP Abdi Harahap, SH., mengungkapkan bahwa penangkapan ini dilakukan sekitar pukul 18.30 WIB berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat terkait peredaran narkoba di lokasi tersebut.
“Dengan cepat, tim Sat Narkoba melakukan penyelidikan dan penggerebekan. Dari tangan tersangka Teguh, petugas berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti, termasuk plastik 10 klip berisi shabu, ponsel, uang hasil penjualan, dan peralatan lain yang diduga digunakan dalam aktivitas narkotika.” Ungkap Kasat Narkoba AKP Abdi Harahap SH.
Saat Penggrebekan, dua orang lainnya yang diduga sebagai pengguna turut diamankan. Saat ini, seluruh tersangka sedang menjalani proses pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Terhadap dua orang yang turut diamankan, apabila terbukti hanya sebagai pengguna, mereka akan diarahkan untuk menjalani program rehabilitasi.” Tambah Kasat Narkoba
Kapolres Pelabuhan Belawan menegaskan komitmen Polres dalam memberantas peredaran narkoba di wilayahnya. Penggrebekan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya keras untuk menjaga keamanan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dari Ujarnya Kasat narkoba.Polees Belawan AKP Abdi Harahap.
