Medan – Tepat pada hari sabtu (23/11/ 2024) berada di kafe Aneuk mertua , jalan Sei Batang hari , kec . Sunggal diadakan pertemuan antara PT . Hikari sumut yang diwakilkan oleh Bapak Hendra SHI , dan dari FORKAM ( Forum komunikasi anak medan ) langsung oleh ketua umumnya , Bapak Adam malik Damanik , SH .
Kepala cabang PT . Hikari Sumut , Bapak Hendra Siregar , SHI , memperkenalkan program PT. Hikari Sumut kepada ketua umum forkam, dan juga kiranya pemuda pemudi sumatra utara, khususnya kota medan bisa bekerja dinegara Jepang .
Dalam diskusi yang digagas oleh yayasan Dhinukum Zholtan PT. Hikari sumut, ketua forkam Adam malik Damanik ,SH mempertanyakan apa keuntungan bekerja di Negara Jepang ?
Dalam penjelasannya Hendra siregar SHI mengatakan, keuntungan tersebut adalah
1 . Gaji 20 juta perbulan
2 . Bekerja sambil kuliah
3 . Ada dana pansiun, sebesar 300 juta rupiah
4 . Ansuransi kesehatan, kecelakaan kerja dan jiwa
5 . Tinggal diapartement
Namun dalam keterangannya Hendra siregar , SHI , menyebutkan , bahwa honor 20 jt tersebut, yg diterima peserta hanya 15 juta rupiah , dikarenakan :
1 . Untuk biaya kuliah
2 . Biaya ansuransi
3 . Biaya apartement
4 . Tabungan dana pansiun , setelah selesai kontrak kerja selama 5 tahun diJepang
Beliau melanjutkan jika kita kolkulasikan dalam hitungan
1 . Gaji diterima 15 juta rupiah
2 . Biaya makan 3 juta rupiah
3 . Biaya untuk rekreasi 2 jt rupiah
Maka sisa bersih pendapatan sebesar 10 juta rupiah per bulan , jika sepuluh juta rupiah dikali 60 bulan ( 5 tahun ) sama dengan 600 juta rupiah, selanjutnya 600 juta rupiah ditambah 300 juta rupiah ( uang pangsiun selama 5 tahun ) sama dengan 900 juta rupiah
Maka pendapatan bersih yang diterima oleh peserta setelah bekerja selama 5 tahun diNegara Jepang , totalnya adalah 900 juta rupiah , lain halnya lagi , jika peserta tersebut pekerjaan lembur , yang terhitung 118.000 rupiah per jam , maka pendapatan akan bertambah besar dari jumlah gaji pokok .
Adam malik Damanik, SH , selaku ketua umum forkam merasa bersyukur bisa bekerja sama dengan PT . Hikari sumut , dan menanda tangani kontrak kerja sama, karena ini suatu hal yang sangat membantu para pemuda dan pemudi masyarakat medan yang sulit mencari pekerjaan untuk membahagiakan keluarga .
Beliau juga mengajak anak anak muda untuk memanfaatkan kesempatan ini , mengingat gaji yang cukup tinggi dan ada jenjang karir untuk menjadi sarjana .
Hendra siregar ,SHI , dalam penutupan kontrak kerja tersebut menyampaikan

2 . Kesempatan tidak datang dua kali
