Hal ini disampaikannya usai menunaikan salat Idulfitri 1445 H di Lapangan Sejati, Kelurahan Pangkalan Masyhur, Kota Medan, Rabu (10/4).
Sebelumnya, bersama istrinya Kahiyang Ayu dan anaknya, Bobby Nasution tiba di lokasi sekitar pukul 07.20 WIB. Tampak pula menunaikan Salat Idulfitri Wakil Wali Kota Aulia Rachman, Sekda Wiriya Alrahman, dan segenap pimpinan perangkat daerah di lingkungan Pemko Medan.
Suasana khidmat dan kebersamaan terasa dalam Salat Idulfitri yang diikuti masyarakat itu. Bertindak sebagai khatib dalam salat itu Ketua MUI Medan H. Hasan Matsum dan imam Suhaili Daulay yang merupakan qori nasional.
Ditemui usai menunaikan Salat Idulfitri, Bobby Nasution mengharapkan masyarakat dalam memaknai Idulfitri 1445 ini dengan saling memaafkan, bersilaturahmi, dan berbagi.
“Sebagaimana disampaikan Khatib, mari kita maknai Idulfitri 1445 H ini dengan saling memaafkan, silaturahmi, dan berbagi,” ungkapnya.
H. Hasan Matsum dalan khutbahnya memaparkan, silaturrahim memiliki aspek mental dan keluasan hati.
“Sesuai dengan asal kata dari silaturrahim itu sendiri, kata shilah
yang berarti menyambungkan atau menghimpun, dan ar-rahiim
yang berarti kasih sayang,” sebutnya.
Hasan mengatakan, hidup ini tidak akan merasakan ketenangan dan mendapatkan keberkahan kalau ukhuwah terputus, karena dengan terputusnya ukhuwah, di dalam hati seseorang tersimpan kebenciaan dan rasa permusuhan.
“Apabila dalam suatu lingkungan masyarakat ada orang-orang yang sudah tidak saling tegur sapa, saling menjauhi, saling membelakangi. saling menggunjing dan memfitnah, maka rahmat Allah akan semakin jauh dari masyarakat seperti ini,” ucapnya.
