Medan,-Ajang Beranda Kreatif (Bekraf) Medan, Sabtu (18/11) di halaman depan kantor Wali Kota Medan disemarakkan Modelling Competition Full Colour 2023. Bagaikan model profesional, remaja yang menjadi peserta kompetisi itu menampilkan busana bermodel modern dengan beragam warna.
Pengunjung pun antusias menyaksikan penampilan para remaja berbakat tersebut. Tepukan tangan dan seruan pujian terdengar saat peserta mulai tampil. Tidak nampak canggung sedikit pun peserta kompetisi ini menampilkan busananya di hadapan tatapan ratusan pasang mata pengunjung.
Malam itu, perhelatan Bekraf dipadati pengunjung yang mulai berangsur-angsur memasuki halaman depan kantor wali kota sejak sore. Selain keluarga peserta kompetisi, para pengunjung juga berasal dari berbagai wilayah kecamatan di Medan.
Sesudah Isya, halaman depan kantor Wali Kota Medan mulai dipadati pengunjung. Tidak sedikit pula pengunjung yang tidak mendapat kursi. Selain di dalam halaman, warga juga tampak berdiri di depan pagar menyaksikan rangkaian acara.
Keramaian pengunjung ini memberi berkah tersendiri bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang membuka stand di ajang ini. Produk yang mereka jajakan, terutama jajanan, diminati pengunjung. Sambil menikmati sajian di panggung hiburan, lidah pengunjung dimanjakan oleh kuliner yang lezat.
Selain kompetisi model, panggung Bekraf juga menampilkan hiburan musik oleh Dinas Pariwisata Medan. Tidak hanya itu, penampilan tari yang ditaburi cahaya menarik juga menambah semarak perhelatan malam itu. Musik dan tari ini terasa melengkapi kemeriahan perhelatan malam itu.
