Adanya laporan atas aksi tersebut aparat dari Polsek Medan Labuhan dan Koramil 0102-IO / MM berjaga-jaga guna mengantisifasi yang tidak di ingin kan terjadi Jumat (12/1/2024).
Konfirmasi awak media dengan Omak-omak yang berunjuk rasa sambil duduk duduk didepan truck tsb

Tidak lama, unjuk rasa yang dilakukan oleh para Omak-omak tersebut.
Kapolsek Medan Labuhan AKP P Sarianto Simbolon SH. dan juga Dan Ramil 0201- IO / MM Kapten Inf Rahimin ,hadir di lokasi unjuk rasa.
Dan disampaikan oleh Kapolsek Medan Labuhan,Ada apa lagi , tapi sudah diadakan pertemuan di kantor Camat.
Setengah kesal dengan para Omak omak yang unjuk rasa , bukan ini saja tugas polisi.
Sementara Para Omak omak yang berunjuk rasa di Jalan Take Naka Siombak Kelurahan Pasir Medan Marelan yang telah menguasakan dengan Penasehat Hukumnya kepada , Muhammad Illyas SH sebentar lagi datang.ucap omak omak tsb
Setelah PH Muhammad Ilyas SH datang warga yang Pro dengan Jalan masuk yang dilewati Truck-truck dari Jaya Beton dan Pergudangan atau Depo setengah ribut dengan suara yang cukup tinggi .
Bahkan ada yang mengatakan yang duduk duduk ini bukan orang sini semua dan disini banyak warga kami yang kerja didalam ini maksudnya kerja dengan PT Jaya beton dan Depo Truck-truck.
Sehingga dengan arif Kapolsek Medan Labuhan dan serta Danramil meminta kepada PH Warga masyarakat Muhammad Illyas untuk mencari tempat yang tenang untuk membicarakan masalah Omak omak yang berunjuk rasa yang
menghadang truk truk yang mau lewat ke jalan Take naka Siombak
Dan akhirnya dapat kesepakatan dalam perbincangan yang dimotori Kapolsek serta Danramil dan serta PH Warga M Ilyas SH ,walaupun akan di lanjuti senin depan ucap PH Mohd llyas
Sehingga omak omak yang berunjuk rasa dapat menerima Himbuan dari Kapolsek Medan Labuhan dan juga Danramil IO /MM
Untuk membubarkan diri dan truck truck dapat lewat sehingga jalan Takenaka Siombak menjadi lancar dan kondusif.(Gs/Mrl).
