Medan,-Seorang pria berinisial FM (28) pemilik akun TikTok @bangmorteza_ ditetapkan Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan sebagai tersangka karena melakukan penghinaan agama Kristen.Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan menyampaikan penetapan tersangka ini setelah pihaknya melakukan pemeriksaan intensif dan meminta keterangan ahli.
“Terhadap tersangka kami jerat dengan Undang-Undang ITE kaitannya dengan sengaja menyebarluaskan informasi yang bermuatan kebencian baik itu kelompok, ras dan agama,” ujar Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan Kompol Teuku Fathir Mustafa, Rabu (25/10/2023).
Ia mengatakan tersangka juga dijerat dengan Pasal 156 KUHPidana kaitannya dengan penodaan agama dengan ancaman 6 tahun kurungan penjara.“Saat ini tersangka sudah dilakukan penahanan,” ungkap Fathir.
Dari pemeriksaan, lanjutnya, tersangka melakukan perbuatan di rumahnya tepatnya pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2023 sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB.
“Tersangka melakukan live di akun (medsos) miliknya pada saat itu tersangka mengeluarkan kata-kata seperti yang ada di video yang beredar,” imbuhnya.
Fathir melanjutkan tersangka sempat membuat video klarifikasi permohonan maaf, namun videonya yang mengandung konten penghinaan ini sudah tersebar, polisi lalu melakukan penindakan.
“Kemudian pada tanggal 20 Oktober Tim Patroli Cyber Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan menemukan adanya postingan tersebut kemudian kami menindaklanjuti video tersebut,” katanya.
Dari penyelidikan terungkap identitas pelaku dengan nama akun @bangmortezza dan diketahui bahwa tersangka tinggal di daerah Bandar Kalipah Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang.
“Pada tanggal 21 (Oktober) dinihari tersangka kita ringkus ,” ujarnya.
Kasat membeberkan adapun motif dari tersangka membuat video yang menghina agama itu, ternyata cuma bahan candaan saja.
“Dari keterangan tersangka, tersangka melakukan perbuatan tersebut bercanda, tentu saja hal itu tidak dibenarkan dari aturan perundang-undangan,” ujarnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, seorang TikToker dengan nama akun @bangmorteza_ diduga melakukan penghinaan terhadap agama Kristen.
Pemilik nama Fikri Murtadha ini diduga menghina agama Kristen dengan meminta agar tiang salib dikembalikan ke PLN untuk gantung trafo.
Video BangMorteza tersebut viral di media sosial dan diunggah kembali oleh pegiat media sosial Permadi Arya atau Abu Janda lewat akun Instagram @permadiaktivis2.
