Belawan – Peristiwa kebakaran kembali terjadi di kawasan pemukiman warga di Bagan Deli Kecamatan Medan Belawan.
Kebakaran terjadi diduga akibat Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang disebabkan ulah manusia yang mencuri minyak dari pipa Pertamina, yang melintasi sungai menuju Depot Pertamina di Kelurahan Pekan Labuhan.Selasa (10/10/2023).
Ada sebanyak tiga rumah warga yang ludes terbakar berada di Bagan, Kelurahan Bagan Deli Kecamatan Medan Belawan.
Diperkirakan ada 2 rumah terbakar habis dan satu rumah lainnya sebagian saja, sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian mencapai ratusan juta rupiah. Akibatnya, tiga Kepala Keluarga (KK) kehilangan tempat tinggal.
Rumah yang terbakar menjadi korban dari ulah orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab melakukan penimbunan BBM hasil curian tersebut yakni, milik Bidin, Yeni dan Amad Grondol. Kini mereka hanya merenungi nasibnya akibat rumah mereka di gasak si jago merah.
Warga berharap, Kapolres Pelabuhan Belawan AKBP Josua Tampubolon dan Walikota Medan Bobby Afif Nasution segera bertindak lebih maksimal sebelum rumah warga yang berada di Bagan Deli jadi korban semua.(Gs/Blw).
